No, you don’t! Our pre-evaluation questionnaire is a helpful tool to help you determine whether or not you may be eligible for a treatment plan and ongoing care.
All you need to do is book an initial consultation and our dedicated team of practitioners will listen to you and decide whether you are eligible for our services and provide you a treatment plan and on-going support that is tailored to you.

In some cases, our team may need supporting documentation to ensure your eligible and that we are creating the best healthcare plan for you.

Can I reschedule my Livoa consultation booking?2026-03-29T23:55:32+10:00

Of course you can. You can reschedule your appointment at no cost for up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking.

If it less than 24 hours you will need to cancel and book a new appointment time. You can do this through the link provided in your confirmation email.

At Livoa you can cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice of the scheduled appointment time.
Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours you may be charged for the appointment.

This is to ensure respect for our staff and better access for all our patients.

Follow up consultations are fixed at $65. During your follow up consultation our team will listen and ensure that your ongoing treatment plan is tailored to your needs. As such ongoing treatments costs may vary depending on the treatment plan that is personalised for you.

Unfortunately, at the moment consultations through Livoa cannot be claimed through Medicare.
